Product description:

The careful processing of this salami, the latest born in the SAP house, gives rise to a fragrant and tasty product with a crumbly and at the same time compact slice. For its preparation they are used minced pork in medium / coarse grain, together with salt, sweet and spicy chilli. Stuffed in gut e tied by hand, the Saporello is subjected to the natural drying and curing process. A cutting board is recommended to slice transversely, at sixty degrees with a sharp knife, to a thickness equal to the pepper grain.
