Our sausages

Among the typical Calabrian sausages, the famous' Nduja stands out, a spicy, long-aged spreadable salami, packaged both in natural casing and in practical glass jars. It has a flavor accentuated by the tasty spicy, very characteristic and natural and an intoxicating perfume enriched by a delicate smoking. The abundant content of Calabrian red chilli, with remarkable antiseptic and antioxidant properties, makes' Nduja one of the few absolutely natural delicatessen products, without preservatives and dyes.

The "Protected Designation of Origin" guarantees that the products are made and processed in specific areas (from the collection of raw materials to packaging) and that in the production phase a specification is followed that respects the traditional procedures for processing the product and maintaining its peculiarities. In full respect of the Calabrian gastronomic tradition and the disciplinary regulations, SAP produces: the Soppressata di Calabria, the Salsiccia di Calabria, the Capocollo di Calabria Calabria and the Pancetta di Calabria DOP thus bringing to the table the best quality of the products of the past.
