Il Filonzo is one of the latest creations in the SAP product line and is the result of a careful selection aimed at creating an exclusive salami. It comes in a delicate conical shape elongated and stands out for its gentle and refined flavor as well as for the bright color that highlights its body particularly thin. The piece of meat used in processing is certainly one of the most tender parts of the pig and is located under the loin, you have the possibility of making two Filonzo for each garment. The pickled treatment that lasts a few day together with the modest amount of salt that envelops it for a short period of time, give the product a unique and compact body and after slow and natural curing in suitable rooms an exceptional salami is obtained slightly salty and with a very delicate taste that literally melts in your mouth.
