Exclusive product of Salumificio F.lli Pugliese, classic pork mince used for creation of the famous' Nduja di Spilinga, a typical Calabrian spreadable salami, processed in this case in a more refined and ground with sweet red pepper in greater quantity than the amount of hot red pepper, which comes however used minimally to give only a small hint of spiciness. Modest is the quantity of salt and aromas natural. The rounded shape is slightly conical on one side to allow easy rewinding of the casing for the purpose of conveniently close the product after use and store it comfortably in the fridge. Once opened, consume within 30 days. Pack of 250 and 160 g.
