Product description:

Typical Calabrian Soppressata, pure pork salami, stuffed and aged in casings natural. Prepared with the mixture of meat, minced medium cut, obtained from the shoulder of pigs, with well chosen obtained from the lard of the anterior part of the lobe, near the capocollo, and of salt and black pepper. The ground is stuffed into “gentle” pork guts, pierced and then tied by hand with natural twine. The form is similar to a slightly conical cylindrical figure, with an average length of 30-40 cm.
